30-Minute Taco Bake 
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. soft taco dinner
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 
Brown meat and drain; add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce head to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Spray 9X13 baking dish with nonstick spray.  Line dish with 6 tortillas; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.  Spoon seasoned meat over cheese; top with remaining tortillas.  Drizzle with taco sauce.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese; continue baking an additional 5 minutes.

 

Beefy Biscuit Cups
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef; drain.  Stir in the spaghetti sauce; cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.  Press biscuits onto bottom and up sides of greased muffin tin.  Spoon 2 TBSP of meat mixture into center of each cup.  Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.  Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 3 minutes or until melted.  


Optional - use ground sausage and pizza sauce with a piece of pepperoni on the bottom of each.



Cheesy Chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 TSP garlic powder
  • 7 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
Place chicken in a crock pot.  Mix soups and garlic powder.  Pour over chicken.  Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  



Chipped Beef on Toast
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 pkg. dried beef
  • W sauce
Melt butter.  Stir in flour until smooth.  Gradually stir in milk.  Cook, uncovered, until thickened.  Stir in beef; continue cooking until heated through.  Stir in W sauce.  Serve on toast.



Hot Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 4 cheese slices, cut in half
  • 24 slices ham
Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Separate dough into 8 triangles; top each with 1 slice cheese and 3 ham slices.  Roll up.  Place, point sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet.  Bake 11-13 or until golden brown.



Lumpy Pan Pizza
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16 slices pepperoni
Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits.  Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, place in medium bowl.  Add pizza sauce and 1 cup cheese; toss to coat.


Spread mixture in ungreased 9X9 glass baking dish.  Top with pepperoni and remaining cheese.  Bake 22-28 minutes.



One-Pan Chicken and Potato Bake
  • 4 bone-in chicken pieces
  • 4 large potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place chicken and potatoes in 9X13 baking dish.  Pour dressing over chicken and potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.  Bake 1 hour.



Pizza Pasta
  • 1/2 lb. wagon wheels pasta
  • 26 oz. jar pasta sauce
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Cook wagon wheels as directed; drain.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl combine wagon wheels, pasta sauce, and pepperoni (reserve some pepperoni for topping).  Coat 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray; spoon mixture into dish.  Top with cheese and reserved pepperoni.  Cover, bake 30 minutes or until hot.  



Saucy Parmesan Chicken
  • 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast
Mix dressing and cheese; pour over chicken in shallow dish.  Turn chicken over to evenly coat.  Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.  Heat oven to 425 degrees.  Remove chicken from marinade.  Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.  Bake 20 minutes or until done.



Sicilian Melts
  • Sourdough bread
  • Swiss cheese
  • Ham
  • Pepperoni
  • Pizza sauce

Spaghetti Pizza
  • 7 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
Mix cooked noodles, ground beef and sauce.  Put in 9X13 greased pan; top with cheese and pepperoni.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
